چکیده
We present a multi-line study of the massive star-forming region IRAS 22506+5944. A new 6.7 GHz methanol maser was detected. 12CO, 13CO, C18O and HCO J = 1-0 transition observations reveal a star formation complex consisting mainly of two cores. The dominant core has a mass of more than 200 M⊙, while another one only about 35 M⊙. Both cores are obviously at different evolutionary stages. A 12CO energetic bipolar outflow was detected with an outflow mass of about 15 M⊙.

A multiwavelength study of the ultracompact HII region associated with IRAS 20178 + 4046
Aims. We present a multiwavelength study of the ultra compact HII region associated with IRAS 20178+4046. This enables us to probe the different components associated with this massive star forming region. Methods. The radio emission from the ionized gas was mapped at 610 and 1280 MHz using the Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (GMRT), India. We have used 2MASS JHKs data to study the nature of th...
متن کاملA multiwavelength study of the massive star forming region IRAS 06055 + 2039 ( RAFGL 5179 )
We present a multiwavelength study of the massive star forming region associated with IRAS 06055+2039 which reveals an interesting scenario of this complex where regions are at different stages of evolution of star formation. Narrow band near-infrared (NIR) observations were carried out with UKIRT-UFTI in molecular hydrogen and Brγ lines to trace the shocked and ionized gases respectively. We h...
متن کاملNear-Infrared Photometry and Radio Continuum Study of the Massive Star Forming Regions IRAS 21413+5442 and IRAS 21407+5441
IRAS 21413+5442 and IRAS 21407+5441 are two massive star forming regions of high luminosity, likely associated with each other. Near-infrared photometry on these two IRAS sources was performed at UKIRT using the UFTI under excellent seeing conditions yielding an angular resolution of ∼ 0.5 arcsec. Our results reveal details of stellar content to a completeness limit (90%) of J = 18.5, H = 18.0,...
متن کاملIras 20050+2720: Anatomy of a Young Stellar Cluster
IRAS 20050+2720 is young star forming region at a distance of 700 pc without apparent high mass stars. We present results of our multiwavelength study of IRAS 20050+2720 which includes observations by Chandra and Spitzer, and 2MASS and UBVRI photometry. In total, about 300 YSOs in different evolutionary stages are found. We characterize the distribution of young stellar objects (YSOs) in this r...
متن کاملDeconstructing the High-mass Star-forming Region Iras 23033+5951
We report interferometric observations of the high-mass star-forming object IRAS 23033+5951. Our observations reveal two massive molecular cloud cores, designated IRAS 23033+5951-MMS1 and IRAS 23033+5951-MMS2. MMS1 has already formed a massive protostar and MMS2 appears to be on the verge of doing so. The latter core may be an example of a massive analogue to a “Class 0” starforming object. The...
